These terms govern your use of Framework Supply Co and any purchase you make. By ordering, you accept them.
1. Who we are
Framework Supply Co is operated by CLYDE VALLEY CONTRACTS LIMITED. We are a retailer of physical desk and workspace organization products. All prices are in USD and we ship internationally.
2. Not a construction or fitting service
Framework Supply Co sells physical organization goods and ships them from stock. We are not a construction, building, structural, fitting or installation service. We do not undertake site works, do not provide quotations for construction, do not broker or subcontract contractors, and do not hold or collect project funds. Any wholesale or custom enquiry concerns product supply only.
3. Load rating and own-risk placement
Monitor risers, laptop stands, shelving and storage items carry a stated maximum load. You must use each item within its stated limit and place it on a stable, level surface. Overloading an item or placing it unstably is done at your own risk. You are responsible for safe placement and use.
4. Cable organizers are low-voltage only
Cable boxes, channels, clips and ties are for tidying low-voltage data and charging cables only. They must not be used for fixed wiring, mains/high-voltage work or any electrical alteration. Any mains electrical work must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
5. No health or ergonomic efficacy claims
Our products are organization and storage goods. We make no medical, therapeutic or ergonomic health claims about any item.
6. Small parts and choking
Some kits contain small parts such as cable clips. Keep these away from children under three years old due to a choking hazard.
7. Age requirements
You must be at least 13 to use this store, and orders and card use by anyone under 13 are not permitted. Customers aged 13–17 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to purchase.
8. Orders, pricing and availability
All prices are in USD and may change before an order is placed. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, and will refund any amount already taken.
9. Memberships
Memberships are shopping-benefit subscriptions billed by Stripe in USD. They are not credits, stored value or a withdrawable balance, and benefits apply within the active period without rolling over. You may cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.
10. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
11. Acceptable use and liability
Use the site lawfully and as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. Nothing in these terms removes your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
