Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship physical desk and workspace organization goods worldwide. Here is what to expect. All shipping charges are shown in USD at checkout.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Sweden. If your country is not listed, contact support@clydevalley.shop and we will advise.

2. Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed on business days. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Workbench and Blueprint members receive priority dispatch.

3. Delivery estimates

  • Domestic (UK): approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: approximately 4–9 business days after dispatch.
  • North America and rest of world: approximately 6–14 business days after dispatch.

Estimates are indicative and may vary with carrier and customs handling.

4. Shipping charges

A flat standard shipping charge is shown at checkout in USD. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying member orders as described on the Membership page.

5. Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Tracking, delays and lost parcels

A tracking reference is emailed when your order ships. If tracking stalls or a parcel appears lost, contact support@clydevalley.shop and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but will help where we can. Governing law: England and Wales.
