+How do I track my order?
A tracking reference is emailed when your order ships. See the Shipping & Delivery page for timelines by region.
+What is the maximum load on the risers?
Each riser, stand and shelf states a maximum load on its product page. Use items within that limit and place them on a stable surface.
+Can I use the cable organizers for mains wiring?
No. Cable organizers are for low-voltage data and charging cables only. Any mains electrical work must be done by a qualified electrician.
+How do returns work?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days (longer for members). See the Refund & Returns Policy to start a return.
+Do you offer installation or fitting?
No. We ship physical goods only. Everything is desktop-placed or no-drill; we do not provide construction, fitting or installation services.
+Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Sweden. Contact us if your country is not listed.
