Refund & Returns Policy

We want your workspace to come together. If something is not right, here is how returns, refunds and cancellations work. All amounts are in USD.
1. Return window
You may return unused physical goods within 30 days of delivery (extended to 60 days for Workbench members and 90 days for Blueprint members). Items must be unused, complete, with tags and in original packaging.
2. Non-returnable items
Opened single-use consumables such as adhesive label rolls and adhesive cable clips cannot be returned once the seal is broken, for hygiene and adhesive-integrity reasons, unless faulty.
3. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact support@clydevalley.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. We refund the item price; original shipping is refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
5. Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage. For faulty or incorrect items we cover it. Start any return by emailing support@clydevalley.shop so we can issue return instructions.
6. Membership cancellations
Memberships can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period continues to its end and is not pro-rated. Membership fees already charged for the active period are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your non-excludable statutory consumer rights, which it does not limit. Governing law: England and Wales.
